Using evidence-based practices and deep interpersonal skills developed over my career, I am here to support your mental wellbeing through mindfulness, nature connection and neuroplasticity training techniques which serve to help you find a deeper sense of inner peace so you can stop reacting with anger, frustration and resentment and start connecting to yourself and those around you with more presence and calm.
